What's on every map
Turn-by-turn directions from the home studio gate, a crew hotel or the previous location. The location pin, basecamp, working trucks and any other points you name. Vehicle parking instructions in the production's words. The nearest emergency room, checked before the map goes out, with its phone number. Your contact and a QR code that starts turn-by-turn directions in Google Maps.
One landscape page, built on Google Maps data, laid out to be read on a phone at 5 a.m. or printed and taped to a truck.
How it works
- Fill in the request form: show, set name, address, parking, dates and which map versions you need. It takes about two minutes and asks for the same things you'd put in an email.
- The map is built and checked against your request: house number, map versions, shoot date, route length and the hospital pick.
- The PDF comes back to the email you gave, usually within the hour during the working day and always the same day. Attach it to the call sheet or print it.
Who it's for
Location managers, key assistant location managers and production coordinators on episodic TV, features, commercials and streaming series shooting anywhere in the United States.
Map versions
Crew (the standard map), Prep/Strike, Transpo (truck routes and staging), VIP and Cast (talent entrance or basecamp), and Move (company move from one location to the next). Order any mix in one request.
Pricing
Flat per-map pricing, no rush fees, invoiced to the production. Flat per-episode and per-month rates for series.
